Answer:

Hi there!!! One of my all time FAVORITE romance series is the Bride Quartet series by Nora Roberts! MY personal favorite is the first book, Vision in White. The series is about a wedding planning enterprise run by four childhood friends. I really hope you give this book or the series a try and tell me how it goes!

Answer:

I know I´m not the person you asked, but I thought I´d write this down anyway for future purposes. This story was based off of a dream I once had. Hope you like it. : )

P.S. There might not be enough space for me to put all of this into one answer. I might have to extend in the comments.

Explanation:

Even now, I still can´t understand what made her sit next to me that day. Was it fate? I mean...there were plenty of seats available, most of them situated right next to people who were way cooler than me. For example, the one next to Radley, the most athletic. Or Thomas, the good-looking one who´s also really funny. Or Marvin, the guy who can make friends with anyone. That was just a thing in our classroom: we came up with a sort of unspoken title for each member. It was a bit like the titles they give you in the yearbook. In the end, she didn´t choose to sit next to the all-star or the good looks or the social butterfly. She chose the ¨most respectful during class¨. Everybody - girls and boys alike - just stared. She was that beautiful. Even before you heard her accent, you could tell she was from a foreign country. Her face made you wonder if that country was called ¨Heaven¨. So I´m pretty sure you can imagine how an already-frail heart like mine would react when she took the seat to my left.

I could´ve gotten cardiac arrest just by being tickled by the wisps of breeze when she sat down. She extended a hand in my direction when I was trying to avoid looking at her for fear of being entranced.

¨I´m Amanda,¨ she beamed, completely oblivious to the sound of my heart now smashing its way out of my ribs. I noticed James Erwin sitting behind Amanda giving me a thumbs-up.

¨C-cole,¨ I stuttered in response as I took her hand. How pathetic. Probably the only time to have an angel sit next to me and I´d just wasted it.

¨Eh pleasure to make your acquaintance!¨

Holy mother, how could one personś teeth be that white? Did she have no imperfections?

¨...likewise.¨

¨Sorry if my English is not yet as good as everyone´s else´s.¨

¨Mph. No worries! If I didn´t know you came from another country, I never would´ve guessed!¨

I´d said this a bit too loudly and was just in the middle of scolding myself to death before it was time for class to start.

¨So,¨ boomed Mrs. Jones. ¨I´m aware we have an addition to our class. Amanda. Would you like to introduce yourself?¨

Apparently her name was Amanda Bazhurka Senaiya. She was an exchange student from a place called *xxxxx*. She was still learning English and said she would have to ask for help every once in a while. ¨Sorry if it´s any trouble when I ask you¨"she added politely. ¨I just want to learn as quick as possible so I can make many of friends!¨

I´m sure anyone in our class would´ve been more than happy to oblige to both of those things, myself included. I honestly thought my luck would end there; that I already hand more than enough to have a goddess sitting next to me for a whole year. I thought that perhaps God or fate was just raising my hopes.

I mean, I am not a lucky person. I was born with cardiomyopathy (In the dream) and it always rained every time I tried playing outside. And I was always scraping gum or dog turd off my shoe.

But this single moment was the most important one in my life. I would find everything I thought I was missing and so much more. I owe it to this beautiful, extraordinary girl who so profoundly touched my life.
