2) Respect - This is something you do not ask but you can definitely give without having to wait for any cue. As the golden rule teaches us: <span>“So </span><span>whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is </span><span>the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12.

3) Trust - Trusting others doesn't only make them like you more because if you practice this, you will worry less and in the process, you will get less stress.</span>
