The triangle ANM is similar to triangle ACB. That means they share the same angles. Both AMN and ANM are 75.

50 POINTS. PLZ ANSWER RIGHT
LenKa [72]

Answer:

5 : 6 or \frac{5}{6}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that, I make 5 quarts of tomato sauce from 6 baskets of tomatoes.

Therefore, the ratio of the number of quarts of tomato sauce to the number of the basket of tomatoes will be given by 5 : 6 in the simplest form.

If we want to express the ratio of the number of quarts of tomato sauce to the number of the basket of tomatoes in fraction form then it will be \frac{5}{6} in the simplest form. (Answer)

pls help! how would I solve this problem ?The figures shown are similar. Find the lengths of x, y, and z.
Fynjy0 [20]
When looking at it, you can see that the location of the 9 and 12 are the same. So, you can solve by first finding the difference in the two. Turns out 12 is 4/3 times bigger than 9. So, divide each of your sides to figure out what each side is.
X = 17.25
Y = 18
Z = 17.25

Hope this helps :)

Dave also starts a new job, but his hourly pay starts at $7.25. Suppose that he gets a 40¢-per-hour raise each year.
pshichka [43]

Answer:

$8.5

Step-by-step explanation:

I think your question is missed of key information, allow me to add in and hope it will fit the original one.

<em>Dave also starts a new job, but his hourly pay starts at $7.25. Suppose that he gets a 40¢-per-hour raise each year. What will Vicky’s hourly pay be in 3 years</em>

My answer:

Given:

  • Rate per hour: $7.25.
  • Hour raise each year: 40¢-

=> the percentage of rate increasing:

(40¢ / $7.25)*100%

= (40¢ / 7.25*100¢)*100%

= 5.5%

What will Vicky’s hourly pay be in 3 years

This is a compound growth problem.  The formula is:

F=P(1+r)^t

<=> F = =7.25(1+0.055)^3

<=> F = $8.5

So the rate after three years is $8.5

Hope it will find you well.
