Solar Energy

Further Explanation:

The temperature of the Earth depends on the balance which takes between the energy entering the entering planet and leaving it. When the earth absorbs the light of the sun, it becomes warm and when the energy of the sun is reflected back to space, the warming of the earth is avoided. There are many factors that are behind the change in the balance of energy of the earth.

These changes are variations in the energy of the Sun, Changes in the reflectivity and Changes in the greenhouse effect. It is the Greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, water vapor and methane which absorbs most of the energy and that leads to slowing or prevention of the loss of the heat back to Space and it is because of that, the Greenhouse gasses act like a blanket and it leads to making the earth warmer.

Solar energy or energy from the sun drives most natural processes in the atmosphere. the heat from the sun causes air masses to rise. When hot air rises, cooler air rushes in to take its place, creating wind. Heat from the sun is needed to turn liquid water into vapor, setting in motion the process of evaporation, which leads to condensation and precipitation e.t.c.

Europeans began establishing colonies in North America. What year did this happen?
blondinia [14]

Answer:

It happened in 1607.

Explanation:

The first colony was established at Jamestown, Virginia, in 1607. A lot of people settled in the New World escaping religious persecution. The Pilgrims arrived in 1620. and founded Plymouth, Massachusetts. In both Virginia and Massachusetts, the colonists had some kind of, we could say support from Native Americans.

European Nations established colonies in North America because they wanted to expand their horizons (main reasons were the gold, glory, and spreading their religion). They also wanted to have more land than other countries.

The Spanish were among the first Europeans to explore the New World and the first to settle in what is now the United States.

By 1650, England had established a dominant presence on the Atlantic coast. They discovered corn which kept them from starving while, in Virginia, tobacco was a great way to make money. In early 1700s enslaved Africans contributed a growing percentage of the colonial population. By 1770, more than 2.000.000 people lived and worked in Great Britain's 13 North American colonies.

MrRa [10]

Answer:

 • d. Proto-star at the end of the Hayashi track.
 • c. On the main sequence.
 • a. Red against just before the helium flash
 • b. Horizontal branch
 • e. White dwarf

Explanation:

 • The protostar is a new star that is formed at the end of the Hayashi track and is luminosity temperature relationship of infant stars that are less than M 3. The protostar ends its period and becomes a Tauri star that is extremely luminous.
 • After which the main sequence of the stars are formed is the next stage in stellar evolution and is dependent on its mass like the sun after this period the star turn red as it has a hydrogen-rich core and it starts to branch out displaying extreme density.
 • The last stage is the white dwarf star as the star has degenerate and left is the exhaust core which is very dense.
