Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

a) Find answer in the attachment below

b) Interpretation

  • we are 90% sure that the interval contains the true population mean
  • if a large number of samples in collected , and a confidence interval is created for each sample, 90% of these intervals were contained through mean.

c) this has not been clearly described in the question but basically , values too far away from mean will be deemed suspicious and will definitely be audited.

S_A_V [24]
180/60 = the number of student for 1%
180/60 = 3
so 1% of the school's population is 3 students

so, 3 x 100 = 300 students

and to check:

300 x .60 = 180

so, the total population of the school is 300

Help help help if u can answer this I’ll mark u brainliest (6) (the one in the middle)
Hoochie [10]

You just have to plug in each thing:

So f(0):

3(0)^2 - 4 = -4

so its not A

f(-2) and f(2):

3(-2)^2 - 4

3(2)^2 -4

now we don't even have to calculate these, anything to the power of an even number is a positive number so -2^2 and 2^2 both equal 4

B is correct, so you can do the others if you want to check, but if B is true the others shouldn't be true.

if two angles of a triangle have measures of 42 degrees and 20 degrees what is the measure of the third
Mila [183]
Every triangle has an angle measure of 180 degrees.

so 42+20+x (where x is the measure of the third angle)=180

Combine like terms.

62+x=180

Subtract 62 from both sides

x=118.
