IN A CLASS OF 30 STUDENTS 13 OF THEM ARE BOYS WHAT PERCENTAGE ARE GIRLS?
mestny [16]
Class of students - number of students that are boys = numbers of students that are girls

30 - 13 = 17

To change the number of students that are girls into percentage...

17/1 * 1/100 = 17/100

17/100 in a % form = 17%

The percentage of girls in the class is 17%

Which of the following equations could describe a square pyramid? Select all that apply.<br> 3Vh =B
Oxana [17]

V= A(h/3) is the formula used for finding square pyramid.

Explanation:

In the above equation V stands for volume , A stands for base area, h stands for height. For finding the volume of square pyramid we need to follow certain steps, they are as follows:

First we need to measure all the side lengths present in the base. Secondly we need to calculate the base area , where the area of one sided square is a*a , then finally we need to multiply the base area with the height of the pyramid . To find the area of the square pyramid we use the formula-

A= a2+2a root over( a2/4+h2 )

Which equation has a graph of 7x=14y-8
masha68 [24]
You could re-write this to make it into an equation, you want to isolate the y, for a slope-intercept form. So you +8 to the other side; so it would be 7x+8=14y, then divide it by 14. And your equation would be y=4/7+x/2.

Help Please!!!! I'm Going To Get A Test Tomorrow On This And Ion Know How To Do These
Dmitriy789 [7]

y=3x-2  y=-2x+8

3x-2=-2x+8  (plus 2 each side)

3x=-2x+6     (plus 2x each side)

5x=6   (divide by 5 each side)

x=1.2

Plug x back into an equation

y=3(1.2)-2

y=3.6-2

y=1.6

Answer: (1.2, 1.6)
