Answer: Nucleic acids are synthesized in the nucleus.

Explanation: There are basically two types of nucleic acids: deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA). Nucleic acids are synthesized in the nucleus thus the name "nucleic" acid. DNA is the genetic material found in the nucleus of a cell and new DNA strands are synthesized in the nucleus from existing DNA in the process of replication in a semiconservative fashion. RNA are synthesized from the DNA in the nucleus in a process called transcription. Transcription is a process of copying the genetic message contained in the DNA into RNA.

You get into an argument with your classmate about whether ATP hydrolysis is required for actin polymerization. You argue that A
Ray Of Light [21]

Answer:

It is a very good discussion debate, although I believe that the most effective way to generate the actin head to generate such a displacement requires a good full energy currency, which is considered much better by ATP.

Regarding the information sought in 1950 (Straub), he was publishing that he could bind ATP and that during the polymerization of the protein to form microfilaments, it hydrolyzed to ADP + Pi, which remained bound to the microfilament.

Straub suggested that this reaction played a role in muscle contraction, but this is only true for smooth muscle and was not verified experimentally until 2001.

At the point where it is stated that ADP + Pi is necessary for the formation of polymers, it is extremely true and a very good posture.

What we can highlight as false in all this argument is that for muscle contraction ATP is not needed, since for it to occur if or if there must be ATP or energy currency.

Explanation:

Then we can conclude that both statements are valid with the difference that in the case of ADP + Pi it requires more evidence.

Natalija [7]

Answer:

The greenhouse effect increases temperature, putting the natural instinct to hibernate on hold. Mating seasons rely on warming and cooling trends, as well. Even a slight increase in temperature causes animals to mate earlier.
