Answer:B. The damage he has sustained cannot be undone

Explanation: chronic traumatic encephalopathy is a form disease mostly caused by repeated injuries to the head. It is most often witnessed in contact sports such as, boxing, rubby etc.

This disease is hard to diagnose or even treat as most cases are only discovered through autopsy test( after the death of the patient), The main syptoms of the disease are; memory loss, depression, suicidal thoughts etc.

Eliot's condition cannot be undone but could use the help of a therapist to assist with his depression issues and some exercises to help with his memory loss.
