4 0

Answer:

56.96 square inches

Step-by-step explanation:

The amount of paper is the surface area. To find the surface area, calculate the area of each shape and add it together, A pyramid has 1 square and 4 triangles in its net,

Area of square is A=s*s=4.6*4.6= 21.16

Area of a triangle is A= 1/2 b*h = 1/2 (4.6)(4) = 9.2.

There are four equal triangles so together there area is 4*9.2 = 36.8.

Add the square to it and you have the surface area of the pyramid.

36.8 + 21.16 = 57.96

Answer:

  (2,5) and (7,8)

Step-by-step explanation:

Gabby has increased the y-coordinates by 2 units to get her first parallel line. She can do the same thing again to get the second parallel line.

Calculate the length of AC to one decimal place in the trapezium below.
a_sh-v [17]

Answer:

First we will split trapezium on two geometric figure.

One is rectangle and the second is right triangle.

When we subtract 11-4=7cm  we get one cathetus of the right triangle a=7cm also we know hypotenuse which is c=16cm.

We will use Pythagorean theorem to find the second cathetus b

b=√16∧2-7∧2= √256-49= √207 ≈ 14.39cm =DC =>

AC =√(DC)∧2+(AD)∧2= √14.39∧2+11∧2= √207+121= √328= 18.1cm

AC=18.1cm

Good luck!!
