Sadly Yes. In a poll did in May 29, 2018, 64% of Americans say Racism is still a big problem. There is still many hate in America for different races, or just people dislike other people. It's still a problem everywhere.

Soloha48 [4]

Answer:

"identity vs. Role confusion" crisis. Right now, Mike is more inclined towards the "role confusion" side of it.

Explanation:

Erik Erikson proposed a theory about social and emotional development along people's lifespan. According to him, people go through different stages in life that are manifested as "crisis" where two different options present to the people and they create anxiety. Eventually, the person is inclined towards one of the two options available and solves the crisis and moves on to the next stage.

The fifth developmental stage in this theory is "Identity vs. Role confusion"

This stage occurs from about 12 to 18 years of age. During this stage, adolescents search for a sense of self and personal identity through the exploration of values and beliefs. It is during this stage that adolescents question themselves who they are and who they want to become.

If the adolescent fails to establish a sense of identity within society it can lead to role confusion which means not knowing what their place in society is.

In the example, we can see that Mike says he wants to be a lawyer, however, her mom says that his interests change almost every week and she feels like he should attend some career guidance sessions.

From Erik Erikson perspective, Mike is going through the "identity vs. Role confusion" crisis, which is a normal stage of exploring, since he is only 14 years old he still has time to decide what he wants to be.

Changes in educational achievement and educational inequality in Lesotho: a relative distribution analysis

Educational achievement and educational inequality in Lesotho

What is educational achievement and educational inequality in Lesotho?

The SDGs' fourth objective calls for expanding access to high-quality education and addressing educational disparities. Monitoring educational quality and inequality as well as changes in average quality must be done in order to achieve this goal. To enhance school access and reduce negative effects on educational quality, Lesotho conducted a complex Free Primary Education initiative between 2000 and 2007 that includes fee eliminations, school construction, and teacher recruiting components. Enrollment and average academic achievement also rose throughout this time. We do not, however, know how the increase in average performance, which increased educational disparity, was caused by all or just a small number of brilliant children.

The correct answer is letter A.

Explanation: After having their forces slaughtered by the Romans, the leaders of the Carthaginian empire decided to reinforce their war contingent by promoting the mining of the Iberian Peninsula. Concerned about the relentless military reaction of the Carthaginians, the Romans attempted to send a diplomatic mission that should claim to limit the influence of the Carthaginians in that region.
