Internal fertilization is the fertilization which is occur when a female and a male come closer in a mating pattern. And in this process the male inserts the sperm into the female body and the fertilization occur.
This is done by the copulation and the sperm is injected into cloaca. It is the most common method in the terrestrial animals.
