Answer:

If this is the book I'm thinking of then this question is in my favor. This is The Magician's Nephew that is apart of the Narnia series, right? (Granted, I haven't read the whole book)

The protagonist of The Magician's Nephew by C. S. Lewis is a young boy named Digory. He behaves like any other 'normal' boy. He's got a taste for danger and adventure, and doesn't mind disregarding the rules for the sake of curiosity or invalidation. With his friend Peggy by his side, they are transported into the magical world of Charn. There, they find the queen, awake her, and cause the conflict that disrupts the story. Digory is saddened by this, but determined to make it right.

The antagonist of this story is debatable, but most likely Uncle Andrew. He is greedy, self-centered, and ignorant of the possibilities of magic (and the affect it has on things). Uncle Andrew is only obsessed with power and being the strongest, and he is willing to use manipulation to get what he wants (though he's very bad at this). What he is searching for and unable to find is the power he seeks and the escape from the conflict he inevitably started.

Compare and contrast of botany and zoology
Mice21 [21]

Answer: Botany is the study of plants. To become a. knowledgeable plant person, it is essential to understand basic plant science.  Zoology (also known as animal science) is the branch of biology devoted to the study of animal life.Microbiology is the study of organisms too small to see with the naked eye, and zoology is the study of all animals. While dealing with theory, Zoology is way more easier to understand and reciprocate during exams as compared to Botany. On the other hand, practicals in Botany is easier than Zoology. For a lot of students cutting a transverse or longitudinal section of a root is more easier than dissecting a frog.A similarity is a sameness or alikeness. When you are comparing two things — physical objects, ideas, or experiences — you often look at their similarities and their differences. Difference is the opposite of similarity. Both squares and rectangles have four sides, that is a similarity between them.Animal cells and plant cells share the common components of a nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria and a cell membrane. Plant cells have three extra components, a vacuole, chloroplast and a cell wall.

Chemistry has more scope than zoology and botany . If you want to pursue your career in teaching and in research then go for zoology and botany whereas in chemistry you have other scopes to work with Food manufacturing industries ,chemical industries, pharmaceutical industries also teaching and research.

Which character in Nectar in a Sieve represents tradition in the face of change?
IgorLugansk [536]

Answer:

Nathan and Rukmani

Explanation:

Nathan and Rukmani are two characters that represent tradition in the face of change. In the case of Nathan, we learn that he is a traditional man because of the way he works and thinks about life. Nathan is a traditional man, hardworking, in a traditional profession. He accepts traditional values, such as those that make him feel attached to the land he works. On the other hand, Rukmani is also traditional, although slightly more open to change. She is also connected to the land and fertility, and has traditional ideas, such as those that often conflict with Kenny. However, throughout the novel, Rukmani becomes more comfortable with change.
