Answer: c. $19

Explanation:

Under the FINRA 5% Policy, a fair and reasonable mark-up or commission is based upon the current market price of the stock not how much the dealer bought it for or rather their cost. As such, when the customer buys, which was the case in this scenario, the mark-up is charged on the inside ask price which in this case is $19.

Were the customer to be selling, any mark-downs will be charged on the inside bid price which in this case is $18.

A ceiling on interest rates is likely to lead to a. an increase in lending activity. b. more rapid capital formation by business
Lady bird [3.3K]

Answer:

a. an increase in lending activity.

Explanation:

Interest rate caps (ceilings) are a normative in adjustable-rate mortgage agreements. They define the maximum interest rate permitted in the loan period.

Since they evidently benefit the borrowers (they will never have an exorbitant interest rate), that gives them the incentive to borrow. On the other hand, banks become more secure that the borrowers will not default the loan (when the interest rate becomes high), so they get the incentive to lend.

________ means that you accept the potential costs and obligations for the decisions you make.
oksian1 [2.3K]

Responsibility means that you accept the potential costs and obligations for the decisions you make. The term "responsibility" describes the duty to carry out specific tasks in order to get specific results. Only humans can be given responsibility by an organization; non-living things like machines, equipment, etc. cannot be given accountability.

It results from a relationship of authority and subordination. A senior has the responsibility to order his subordinates to complete the necessary work. He therefore gives obligations to subordinates for this reason. The management may limit it to the execution of a particular task or may make it a continuing duty.

Babysitters make more in cities with a high cost of living. According to Care.com's study, the average hourly babysitting rate in San Francisco, for example, is $16.65, compared to the national average of $13.44 an hour. Babysitters in all of the 75 cities examined all made over $11 an hour.

Babysitters now bring in an average of $15.71 an hour, an increase from about $14.91 an hour in 2015, according to new data from childcare website UrbanSitter. Watching two kids comes with an hourly wage of at least $18, the site reported.

I would say at least half the amount an average babysitter would get paid because your 12. SO around 6.50 an hour would work. Professionally if she wants you to do anything around the house for the children like cleaning up after them, feeding them, supervising them, that comes with responsibility, if you don't think 6.50 is enough for an hour, then go with no more than 8 dollars. Someone your age in reality should get paid no more than an average person. Especially because the person is young, like yourself. Goodluck. :)

There is not a set amount of money that an 11 year old kid can expect to earn working side jobs. For instance, 11 year old youngsters can expect to earn $5 and up at certain jobs like shoveling snow. There is, however, a limited amount of time that 11 year old can dedicate to working side jobs though.]
