Personal Pronouns

Personal pronouns are he, she, him, her, I, you, they, them. He and him indicate male gender. She and her indicate female gender. Relative pronouns are who, whom, which, that, whoever. They do not reveal male or female. Subordinating conjunctions are transition words such as because, since, after, once, etc. They do not reveal gender. Substantives also do not show gender.
