Remember that 1/1=1 and 2/1=2
also remember tht 1.2=1+0.2 so
5.815+6.021
take 5.815
count down how many places the 5 goes
it goes to the thousanths place so
5.815=5815/1000=5 and 815/1000

take 6.021
count how many places the 1 goes
goes to thousanths so
6021/1000=6 and 21/1000
add
5 and 815/1000+6 and 21/1000=(5+6)+(815/1000+21/1000)=11+826/1000 or
11 and 826/1000

Otrada [13]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

1) the triangle is a right angle triangle.

From the given right angle triangle,

With 67° as the reference angle,

x represents the adjacent side of the right angle triangle.

17 represents the opposite side of the right angle triangle.

To determine x, we would apply

the Tangent trigonometric ratio.

Tan θ = opposite side/adjacent side.

Therefore,

Tan 67 = 17/x

xTan 67 = 17

x = 17/Tan 67

x = 17/2.3559

x = 7.22

2) From the given right angle triangle, with 24° as the reference angle,

x represents the opposite side of the right angle triangle.

12 represents the adjacent side of the right angle triangle.

To determine x, we would apply

the Tangent trigonometric ratio.

Tan θ = opposite side/adjacent side.

Therefore,

Tan 24 = x/12

x = 12Tan 24

x = 12 × 0.4452

x = 5.34

pls help! how would I solve this problem ?The figures shown are similar. Find the lengths of x, y, and z.
Fynjy0 [20]
When looking at it, you can see that the location of the 9 and 12 are the same. So, you can solve by first finding the difference in the two. Turns out 12 is 4/3 times bigger than 9. So, divide each of your sides to figure out what each side is.
X = 17.25
Y = 18
Z = 17.25

Hope this helps :)

Un bus avanza con MRU a 72 km/h. Determinar el tiempo que le toma<br> avanzar 200 m.
ValentinkaMS [17]

Answer:

V = 72 Km/h = 20 m/seg

t =?

 d = 200 m

  Fórmula del movimiento rectilíneo uniforme MRU :

    V = d/t

 Se despeja el tiempo t :

     t = d/V

     t = 200m / 20 m/seg

     t= 10 seg
