<span>In conclusion, how can a society that allows the consumption of alcohol which kills thousands every year in traffic fatalities alone, not to mention the damage it causes due to addiction, supports tobacco farmers and allows the peddling of tobacco products which are known to cause serious illnesses and death, to young adults, say with any credibility at all, that marijuana is a substance that should be prohibited for use by adults when science does not support their outdated stance.</span>
