Different physical activities offer different results. You should decide what your goal so that the activities you choose and the intensity align with your goal.

Decide what kind of activities that suit your lifestyle. If you like indoor activities or outdoor? Whether you like group activities or individual activities?

Plan to do different activities to reduces your chances of injuring or overusing one specific muscle or joint.  

4. <u>Routine</u>

Create a balanced routine. It is recommended getting at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. Base on this recommendation you should do at least 25 minutes of vigorous activity for 3 days a week.  

5. Cost

The cost of the activity should meet your financial condition.
