Answer:

dy/dx+2sin(x-y)=0

so whether the given equation is separable or not

dy/dx= -2sin(x-y)

the given equation is not separable because the argument inside the function is dependent on both x and y

even though we use the formula to open the sin(A-B) we would still get the function dependent on both x and y and the equation would get complicated so instead use any other method.

<h3>In geometry, a prism is a polyhedron comprising an n-sided polygon base, a second base which is a translated copy of the first, and n other faces, necessarily all parallelograms, joining corresponding sides of the two bases. All cross-sections parallel to the bases are translations of the bases. </h3>

Faces: 2+ n

Edges: 3n

Vertices: 2n

Symmetry group: Dnh,, (*n22), order 4n

Dual polyhedron: convex dual-uniform n-gonal bipyramid

Conway polyhedron notation: Pn

Rotation group: Dn,+, (n22), order 2n

<h3>formula :- The base area of a rectangular prism formula = base length x base width. The base area of a triangular prism formula = ½ x apothem length x base length. The base area of a pentagonal prism formula = 5/2 x apothem length x base length. The base area of a hexagonal prism formula = 3 x apothem length x base length.</h3>

Solnce55 [7]
Well since the service fee is $50 that would be subtracted from the bill of $71. So what you would have left is $21 if you 1.75*12=21 so your answer would be 12miles hope I helped!

Answer:

<em>Exponential decay function</em>

Step-by-step explanation:

The given table represents some function between x and y:

x -     3   -   6   -  9  - 12

y - 2401 - 343 - 49 - 7

We are required to find if it's exponential growth, decay, or neither.

An exponential function is identified because each term is calculated as the previous term multiplied by a constant factor.

The linear relationship is identified because each term is calculated as the previous term plus a constant difference.

Note the values of x grow three by three and the values of y are constantly divided by 7 or multiplied by 1/7.

There is a common factor and not a common difference. Since the common factor is less than 1, the function is exponential decay.

Bonus: The exponential function is:

\displaystyle y= 16807*\left(\frac{1}{7}\right)^{x/3}

Assume that when adults with smartphones are randomly selected, 58% use them in meetings or classes. If 20 adult smartphone user
Marina CMI [18]

Answer:

0.1502 = 15.02% probability that exactly 13 of them use their smartphones in meetings or classes

Step-by-step explanation:

For each adult smartphone users, there are only two possible outcomes. Either they use the phone in meetings or classes, or they do not. The probability of an adult using the phone in these settings is independent of any other adult. This means that we use the binomial probability distribution to solve this question.

Binomial probability distribution

The binomial probability is the probability of exactly x successes on n repeated trials, and X can only have two outcomes.

P(X = x) = C_{n,x}.p^{x}.(1-p)^{n-x}

In which C_{n,x} is the number of different combinations of x objects from a set of n elements, given by the following formula.

C_{n,x} = \frac{n!}{x!(n-x)!}

And p is the probability of X happening.

58% use them in meetings or classes

This means that p = 0.58

20 adult smartphone users are randomly selected

This means that n = 20

Find the probability that exactly 13 of them use their smartphones in meetings or classes.

This is P(X = 13). So

P(X = x) = C_{n,x}.p^{x}.(1-p)^{n-x}

P(X = 13) = C_{20,13}.(0.58)^{13}.(0.42)^{7} = 0.1502

0.1502 = 15.02% probability that exactly 13 of them use their smartphones in meetings or classes
