Answer:

d. is operating out of the majority value system and presuming that her clients have the same goals.

Explanation:

A Euro-American millionaire, divorced and mother of four, that she will have to take care of alone will have a hard time completing something like a course. This is because, most women who are in this situation, have to bear a great prejudice, moreover, because having to take care of four children and a house without the help of any partner will have to bear the commitment of two people , besides providing the sustenance of the house. All of this generates insecurity, lack of energy, lack of time and a certain mental exhaustion that prevents most of these women from completing a course.

However, Denise overcame all these obstacles and managed to not only meet her responsibilities, but also managed to complete a course that allowed her to work in a social assistance program helping people in similar situations like hers.

As Denise managed to overcome adversity, which most people in situations similar to hers do not, in addition to encouraging people to achieve their goals, we can say that Denise's attitude and actions indicate that she is operating outside the value system majority shareholders and assuming that their clients have the same goals.

The US government relies upon checks and balances of power to prevent a concentration of power and abuse. What would be an examp
professor190 [17]

Answer: a. The judiciary branch trying to hold a congressperson accountable if they overstep their role by meeting foreign leaders in an official diplomatic capacity to reverse US foreign policy.

Explanation: One important principle embodied in the U.S. Constitution is separation of powers.

If there are checks and balances, the branches of government can limit the powers of the others and no one branch will become too powerful over other branches. Checks and balances makes sure that the power is balanced between the branches of government.

The Executive Branch of government checks on Legislative by having the capability to veto bills. By rejection of appointments, the legislative Branch of government can put checks on the executive Branch. The legislative branch checks on Judicial by having the capacity to impeach the Supreme Court Justices.

Judicial Branch of government is the most powerful of all the branches. The Judicial Branch has the power to declare the acts of the congress and the executive branch of government un-constitutional.

Overstepping boundaries is unconstitutional in the US branches of government.
