Jeremiah's boss asked him to design a new shipping and receiving system that would increase productivity. After choosing a new s

ystem, Jeremiah was then supposed to train several employees to use the new system. After careful consideration, Jeremiah chose a computerized system to monitor the incoming and outgoing packages. Unfortunately, the first time the system was used, it failed because of a technical malfunction.
