There are many unhealthy activities which are carried out by the millennial's in recent years, which most of time leads them to unwanted and possibly dangerous consequences. It is due to lack of exercises and indulging in unethical activities. Most of the young people faces neurological and muscular disorders.

<u>Muscular Weakness:</u>

  1. The main cause of the muscle weakness is the lack of thyroid hormone in the blood. Which is obviously due to disorder in the thyroid gland inside a human body. And the disorder is caused by the condition of the body destroying its own tissues and cells by producing anti-bodies against them which is known as <u>Hashimoto's thyroiditis.</u>  

<u>Symptoms: </u>

  • weight gain ,
  • feeling cold ,
  • dry skin and hair,
  • fatigue ,
  • And in females the irregular or heavy menstrual periods.

<u>2. Narcolepsy and Insomnia:</u>

They are two main causes for muscle weakness, as they are due to irregular sleep. Most of the patients in the hospital while on bed for a long time may also experience this disorder.

<u>3.Infectious causes of muscle weakness:</u>

The muscle weakness is also caused by the bacterial attack on the human body system leading to some severe cases of health problems. The main causes for the muscle weakness are as below:

  • <u>Influenza,Common flu:</u> The influenza, flu can cause some temporary muscle problems inside the body.
  • <u>Syphilis:</u> A sexual transmitted diseases(STD), which is contracted by the person through contact with the effected person or patients. It also causes muscles weakness.
