Muscular endurance is how many times can your muscle repeat the same activity before getting tired. Weight lifting is a good way to work up your muscular endurance.
Talk to your counselor about it at school. If your mom hurts you, tell your counselor. They can do things to help you and it would be good for you to tell someone about whats going on.
