Five (I gave a few extra) factors you can control: - drug use - hygiene - eating habits - sleep patterns - exercise - managing stress correctly - your social health, who you interact with, your relationships (this would be more so on the social side of the health triangle but social health affects both physical and mental health too)
Five factors you can’t control: this one is a little bit more difficult - genetics - diseases, cancer - second hand smoking - maybe some disorders like insomnia (even though you somewhat can control it by going to a doctor) - you can argue age because it progressively gets harder to do things as you get older and you may get stuff like dementia which you cannot control.
