Answer:

atoms (2), community (11) , biome (13), biosphere (14), cells (5), organism (9), ecosystem (12), molecules (3), organ (7), organelles(4), organ system (8) , population (10), subatomic particles(1), and tissues (6)

Explanation:

Levels of organization in order from the simplest to the most complex are:

  1. Subatomic particles-neutrons, protons and electrons that make up the atom.
  2. atoms- Smallest particle of a substance that may or may not exist freely.
  3. molecules- two atoms combine to form molecule. e.g H₂
  4. organelles- organelles are functioning structures of a cell. e.g. Golgi apparatus.
  5. cells- organelles combine to form cell. e.g. Parenchyma cells.
  6. tissue- cells of similar origin and function form the tissue e.g. Cardiac tissue
  7. organ- tissues combine together to form organs. e.g. Heart
  8. organ system- many organs combine together to form system. e.g Circulatory system
  9. organism- several organ system combine to form an organism. e.g. Human being.
  10. population-organism of same species form a population.
  11. community- different population combine to form a community.
  12. ecosystem- communities live in a particular area and interact with the abiotic as well as biotic factors  of that area to form ecosystem. e.g. pond ecosystem
  13. biome-A geographical area where several ecosystem sharing same abiotic factors thrive.e.g. tiaga biome
  14. biosphere- Narrow zone of the earth where the atmosphere , hydrosphere and lithosphere meet to support life.

During photosynthesis , plants capture light energy from the sun to break the bonds in reacants, such as carbon dioxide and wate
riadik2000 [5.3K]

Answer:

Glucose (sugar)

Explanation:

We know that plants take in carbon dioxide and returns it in a form of oxygen. For the plant to be able to make oxygen they need to get power. The power is the sun rays and that is mixed with the CO2, making glucose. Anything that uses photosynthesis is a producer, so it makes its own food.

Of the two Carbon cycles, Geological and Biological, which one releases 1,000 times as much carbon into the atmosphere as the ot
nydimaria [60]

Answer:

The biological carbon cycle is not only faster than the geological carbon cycle. The amount of carbon taken up by photosynthesis and released back to the atmosphere by respiration each year is 1,000 times greater than the amount of carbon that moves through the geological cycle on an annual basis.

What is the phenotype of a plant with the genotype RR
vazorg [7]
To give a direct answer, I’d have to know what gene we were looking at. However, in a general sense, when a genotype has two capital letters, it means that it’s homozygous dominant. Take for example:

R= tall stalk
r= short stalk

The uppercase R is a dominant allele, which means if the plant has the gene with this in it (RR or Rr) then it will have that trait. If it has two lowercase letters (rr) then it will be the recessive trait.

Using this example, RR would be the tall stalk. For whatever your question is, the dominant phenotype would be the answer.

Why the skin is categorised as an organ?
DaniilM [7]
