Personally, I believe that they could all affect a teens future. If someone doesn't take care of themselves physically, it can lead to a lot of health issues like diabetes, heart failure, etc. Whereas emotional consequences can lead to things like depression and anxiety that leads teens down a darker path. Social ties into emotional; if we don't get any social interaction, loneliness ensues. Then there's financial where if a teen isn't taught how to properly manage, budget, and save their money it could be dangerous in the future. When they move out (when they end up doing so), they don't know how to save money or how to create a budget, which can cause difficulty in paying bills due to this impulsive spending. Lastly, there's legal issues. Many colleges and jobs will look at your record to see if you've been to jail, court, etc. and will refuse to accept you because of it. Be careful with what you do as a teen because this is a huge life cost in the future!
