Answer:

-6v < -3; v> -0.5

Step-by-step explanation:

We have to find a number let say x

Given that:

-6v < x  ........... eq1

v> - 0.5 ...........  eq2

By taking equation 1

-6v < x

Dividing both sides by -6

(inequality will be inverted because of negative sign)

-6/-6 v > x/-6

v > x/-6  .........eq3

Now comparing eq2 and eq3 we get:

x/-6 = -0.5

Multiplying both sides by -6

x = -0.5 * -6

x = -3

So it will give:

-6v < -3; v> -0.5

I hope it will help you!

Answer:

A. 6.25x + 30 > 9.75x+12

Step-by-step explanation:

This is because we know from the problem that x is the minimum number of t-shirts. We also know Company D charges a 6.25 fee for each tee, while Company E charges a 9.75 fee per tee.  Based on the information we know, we can choose the problem.

DIA [1.3K]

Answer:

f(x) = y + (x*p)

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we are not given actual values we will need to make the function with only variables. Each variable will represent the following...

Fixed Cost: y

Cost per charm: p

Number of charms: x

Therefore, using the variables mentioned above we can combine them into the following linear function using the number of charms as our main input for our function...

f(x) = y + (x*p)
