Solution :

Number of hours he practice in week 1 , t_1=8.5\ hours .

Number of hours he practice in week 2 , t_2=12\ hours .

Number of hours he practice in week 3 , t_3=5.5\ hours .

Now , number of hours left is :

t=T-t_1-t_2-t_3\\\\t=35-(8.5+12+5.5)\ hours\\\\t=8\ hours
