Answer:the sensor or receptor

Explanation: homeostasis is the process of the body to maintain a constant internal condition , regardless of changes in it's external environment.

Homeostatic usually involves a sensor/receptors on which detects changes or stimuli,A control center which process the stimuli and triggers the effector and An effector which changes the body according to the message recieved from the control center.

In an air conditioner, the thermometer is the sensor, which detects a change in the temperature of the room.this allows the air conditioner to control the temperature and keep it constant, regardless of the temperature outside.

What is the purpose of transcription
juin [17]

It is usually the process of converting an item from one form to other and its meaning and purposes differ as per the scientific/business/engineering practices referred.

In genetics, It is the process of making an RNA copy of a gene sequence. This copy, called a messenger RNA molecule, leaves cell nucleus and enters the cytoplasm where it directs synthesis of the protein, which it encodes.

In order for a gene to be transcribed or read , what needs to happen ? ( 1point )
____ [38]

The answer  should be "a" but it needs to read the promoter region of a gene is bound to the enzyme RNA polymerase, positioning the enzyme on the correct DNA strand.

In the process of transcription, an enzyme called RNA polymerase recognizes and binds to a DNA nucleotide sequence just before the beginning of the gene. This recognition site, called a promoter, positions RNA polymerase properly on the correct DNA strand and points it in the right direction.

The DNA strands then separate over a short distance and the polymerase moves into the gene and as it moves, it creates a new chain by linking together individual ribonucleotides existing free in the cell, This new chain or strand is called messenger RNA.
