From what i have understood and learnt, right is when you do something thats good, helpful and kind, which no one will/should not get into trouble for.

While for wrong is when someone does something bad and can get into terrible situations for it.

And to whoever that asked this question, right or wrong can be described differently based on the situation but the one i have written is the general one.
