You must always stay active and fit even in the winter by practicing indoor sports and healthy hobbies, try taking responsibilities and take time to better the environment so this would be a start of staying healthy in the winter times, make sure to prepare healthy meals even in the winter , wash and disinfect more often than not, get a flu shot if possible or visit a doctor before, try getting some vitamin D as much as possible

Answer:

To stay healthy in winter, I would follow all the instruction that the doctor gave me, eat the heathy foods, sleep well, take a bath everyday which helps us to stay neat and clean, use hand sanitizer every time before eating, I will not share my foods and water with anyone because if I do that it maybe cause a problem because if someone have a problem and it's infectious, I will get it too. So, to stay safe we need to follow the instructions.
