The feasible region is shown in the picture above. The horizontal axis is the X axis.

If you now draw a family of lines parallel to 5x+4y=C through the region, increasing $C$, that is, the X-intercept, we will have the maximum value of $C$ when the line passes through the endpoint $(-2,6)$ .

Hence, $C=5(-2)+4(6)=14$

1. N + 2; n = 6: the answer is 8 because n=6 so we sub n with that... and we get 6+2 and that’s 8.

2.5f; where f=4: the answer is 20 because when a variable is directly next to a number it is multiplied by that number so we will replace f with 4 and our equation is now 5(4) or 5•4 and both are equivalent to 20.

3. 7b-2; where b=5: the answer is 33 because 7 multiplied by 5(b) minus 2= 7(5)-2 or 7•5-2= 33 because you will multiply 7 by 5 and get 33 then you will subtract by 2 and get 33.

Hope this helps!!!

A)she is not right.because if the remaining peice is the hypotenuse of the triangle, the answer will be around 27.8 if the hypotenuse is 22 then the missing angle is 13.96

b)yes it will work
if you double the measurements of the two sides of a right triangle the other one will be double, too(you can get help from Pythagoras theorem )

c)yes it is possible. if we can double the sides of a right triangle it means that we add measurements to the triangle.
for example:a triangle with sides of 3,4,5
if we add 6,8,10
it will be 9,12,15
hope I could help

An article reports "attendance increased 5% this year, to 4948." What was the attendance before the increase? (Round your answer
snow_tiger [21]

Answer: The attendance before the increase was 4712.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the attendance before the increase be 'x'.

Rate of increment = 5%

so, Attendance after increment becomes

\dfrac{100+5}{100}\times x = 4948\\\\\dfrac{105}{100}\times x=4948\\\\1.05\times x=4948\\\\x=\dfrac{4948}{1.05}\\\\x=4712.38\\\\x=4712

Hence, the attendance before the increase was 4712.
