Well...confabulation is a memory disturbance. I just read an article on it and so
1) "a person may not know that certain information is false". sorta like lying...but not intended as that
2) ya, really has nothing to do with that
3) confused yes. and..yes. partially. 
4) hmm, didn't think of that. It may come with loss of memory, but its not as specific as that.
