Answer:

YES, buying the larger quantity always the "better buy".

Step-by-step explanation:

YES, buying the larger quantity always the "better buy".

Because, when we buy the larger quantity we do the following things:

1. The cost of buying larger quantity is ALWAYS LESS than buying the same amount of smaller quantity. So, WE SAVE MONEY.

For example: The cost of a 250 g packet sugar id $ 1.2. The cost of 1 kg packet of same type of sugar is $ 3.

So here if we buy one packet of 1 kg sugar : we pay $ 3

But if we buy 4 packets of 250 g = 1 kg: We pay 4 x ( $1.2) = $ 4. 8

⇒ For the SAME AMOUNT of sugar ( 1 kg) we pay $ 3 and $ 4.8.

⇒ We pay LESS when we buy one 1 kg packet then if we buy four 250 g packet.

Hence, it is always advisable to buy Larger quantity.

2. We save environment by using LESS resources, which are used to pack the smaller quantities.

Answer:

The statement BI = BK is true from the given information ⇒ B

Step-by-step explanation:

If a line is a perpendicular bisector of a line segment, then

 • The line intersects the line segment in 4 right angles
 • The line intersects the line segment in the mid-point of the line segment
 • Any point on the line is equidistant from the endpoints of the line segment

Let us find the true statement

∵ Line AB is the perpendicular bisector of segment IK

→ By using the 1st note above

∴ AB ⊥ IK

∴ ∠IJA, ∠KJA, ∠IJB, ∠KJB are right angles

→ By using the 2nd note above

∴ J is the mid-point of IK

∴ IJ = JK

∵ Any point on line AB is equidistant from The endpoints of IK ⇒ 3rd note

∴ AI = AK

∴ BI = BK

∴ The statement BI = BK is true from the given information
