How do you know if this equation is true 1/3+1/5=2/8=1/4

4/16 or 1/4 because 1 + 1 + 2 is 4 & 3 + 5 + 8 is 16 so the fraction will be 4/16 but u can also divide both by 4’s which is 1/4.
