I find the "War Between the States" to be most appropriate because the country was torn in half and fighting eachother. Plus the "War for Southern Independence" gives off a positive connotation in a way that made it seem like the South was in the right (they were not).
For example, if a small child is getting picked on to no avail at school, it will negatively affect their grades, health, and happiness. It will make them tougher in the end though.
Web-based survey will be the best among the other options for this study. With web-based survey, the respondents will remain anonymous and they do not have to use their real names in filling the online survey. Lastly, the researcher will not be able to identify or recognize them unlike in face-to-face interview.
