The correct answers are "an arguable thesis statement" and "a detailed summary of "The Raven"

Explanation:

An analysis paper is a kind of formal academical paper in which the author's purpose is to describe, examine and evaluate a specific work, for example, a novel, story or poem. Additionally to this and similarly to other types of essays, an analysis paper is guided by the main claim or thesis statement that is an arguable statement that summarizes the interpretation of the author. Because of this, it is common in an analysis paper the author introduces and summarizes the work to be analyzed which in this case is the poem "The Raven" and then supports the main claim or thesis by using evidence from the text and arguments. Considering this, it can be concluded the two elements Manuel, who is writing an analysis paper, needs to include is an arguable thesis which serves as a guide to the text and a summary of "The Raven" that introduces the work to be analyzed.

Is there anything Standard about Standard Time?
Snowcat [4.5K]

Answer: Standard time is the synchronization of clocks within a geographical region to a single time standard, rather than a local mean time standard. Generally, standard time agrees with the local mean time at some meridian that passes through the region, often near the center of the region. Historically, standard time was established during the 19th century to aid weather forecasting and train travel. Applied globally in the 20th century, the geographical regions became time zones. The standard time in each time zone has come to be defined as an offset from Universal Time. A further offset is applied for part of the year in regions with daylight saving time.

The adoption of standard time, because of the inseparable correspondence between time and longitude, solidified the concept of halving the globe into an eastern and western hemisphere, with one prime meridian replacing the various prime meridians that had previously been used.
