This excerpt proves that Odysseus’s men caused their own problems:

 • By showing their physical weaknesses

What is the problem here?

In this passage, we are told about how Odysseus' men kept on feasting and drinking while the fugitives took valiant steps to escape from their hold. Their weakness, in this case, is their love for food and entertainment which the fugitives took advantage of.

This is quite normal in war situations. The enemy takes advantage of the weakness of the opposing side. So, the men in the camp of Odysseus feasted and drank a lot of wine which made them lose their vigilance. Thus, their camp was overtaken.

What is more important to building knowledge? Is it through reading the books you choose or the experience you have while readin
Svet_ta [14]

Answer:

I believe its both. For example, if you read through books, depending on what type of book it is, you'll get something different out of it, When it comes to fictional books or when you read to unwind, the experiences you go through while reading it can make a big impact. Otherwise, if you're reading a personal development book, applying the lessons you learn in it is equally beneficial. Knowlegde can be learning how to deal with different people and believe it or not, I think that is something you can learn while reading almost anything.
