\bar X \sim N(\mu, \frac{\sigma}{\sqrt{n}})

And we have;

A and then A again, this is because you gotta leave the exponent by its self so you subtract 4 then the -4 gets to the other side and it leaves it with -6x = -24 then you just divide to get your answer.
