ex- don’t eat junk food, but make sure you still eat maybe substitute candy with fruit

Avoid foods that contain saturated fat it can lead to high cholesterol level. Also avoid sugary drinks, candy, pastries. Try to start your day with oatmeal and add in almond milk.
