Ad hominin (against the man, literally), is a logical fallacy that involves an attack against the speaker of a claim rather than treating and evaluating the contents of the actual argument that the speaker is making. In this case, an argument is being neglected by stating that the argument´s speaker is a snob, but the actual contents of the argument are being disregarded or are simply not being considered.
