Well you see, you have 2/8, (fraction) and here is a few others,
These are COMMON. 4/16, 2/8, 6/24, etc....
You multiply the denominator and numerator by the same answer.
Thats how I think I learned it.

2.8 = 2 \frac{8}{10}=2\frac{4}{5}}=14/5. Therefore, 2.8 as a fraction would be \boxed{{\frac{14}{5}}}}}}}. Hoped I helped. :)

What should be placed in the box to make the equation true?
vodomira [7]

Answer:

2x^4

Step-by-step explanation:

When multiplying variables with exponents multiply the coefficients (the number before the variable) and add the exponents.

SO to solve you have to find a number that when multiplied by 32 equals 64 and a number when added to 8 gives you 12.

2*32=64

8+4=12

So the answer is 2x^4

Answer:

  -361

Step-by-step explanation:

Your calculator can tell you the result. It is -361.

Start with the inner parentheses and work outward. Do multiplication and division in the order shown, left to right, before addition or subtraction.

  -3[2/6+8{-9/3(8-5*3)-6}]

  = -3[2/6+8{-9/3(8-15)-6}]

  = -3[2/6+8{-9/3(-7)-6}]

  = -3[2/6+8{-3(-7)-6}]

  = -3[2/6+8{21-6}]

  = -3[2/6+8{15}]

  = -3[1/3+8{15}]

  = -3[1/3+120]

  = -3[361/3]

  = -361
