Answer:

A. I will restrict my physical activity.

Explanation:

Myocardial infraction is also known as a heart attack. It usually occurs when a blood clot blocks blood from flowing into the heart.

Therefore, it can be managed by taking medications that will prevent clotting. Taking one baby aspirin everyday is okay.

Also continuing with smoking cessation program to help him quit smoking is advisable.

Physical activities and exercise should be part of the clients daily routine to enable him lose weight. This is because because obesity increases oxygen demand hence increases the hearts work load.

Answer:

A. I will restrict my physical activity.

Explanation:

Unfortunately the client intention  to restrict  physical exercise is a very wrong decision. Physical activity is a very impotent aspect of  natural prevention of MI. The client should incorporate physical activities in the rehabilitation programme for proper managements of MI.

Exercise increases the rate of contraction of the heart muscles recovering from infraction, and reduces the likelihood of relapse. It promotes blood and oxygen transport  to the recovering heart muscles, it minimizes the tendency of blood to adhere to the vessels and reduces blood viscosity.

Options b-d are also important to rapid recovery; aspiring lysis blood preventing agglutination; smoking narrows blood capillaries so good decision to  continue its cessation; extra weight  put work load on the heart from obesity with increased demand for  oxygen supply.

Thus A is the best answer.
