In my opinion the atomic bomb should NOT been used on Japan to end WWII because it killed innocent civilians who killed many people and children. A war should be between the soldiers and not the people. The United States had many more industrial resources to use against Japan however they wanted a more fast and "easy” way to end the war. Japan was also halfway destroyed so why more damage? It caused maximum devastation. Just six days after the Nagasaki bombing, the Emperor’s Gyokuon-hōsō speech was broadcast to the nation, detailing the Japanese surrender. The devastation caused by the bombs sped up the Japanese surrender, which was the best solution for all parties.
President Kennedy took cautious procedures to prevent anything from escalating. Instead of attacking the Soviet Union, which has a larger military population, he declared a “quarantine.” This prevented war with the Soviet Union, attacks from the Soviet Union, and it prevented any further missle trade with Cuba.

<span>Racism in the north and south existed in the 1850s; however the Southerners wanted to spread slavery to the west which was the main issue that led to the war. The south needed more land for their plantations. There were additional pre-war incidents where Northerns protected African Americans who were about to be sent back to the south into slavery. The Missouri Compromise and the decision of the Dred Scott case failed leading to an effect in the North for those free blacks who had lived for decades. The decision called for the freedom of escaped slaves slaves into question. This was one of the key issues that drove the Republic party in the North to question the South about slavery.Lincoln himself proposed sending black to Africa. Most American slaves had been born in the US and had ties to our culture not Africa any longer, though citizenship was not discussed at the time. By 1860 over 4 million Africans were living in the US, it would have been impossible to send them back to Africa. So instead, we treat them as second class citizens and go to war.

I do believe that the correct answer is choice "A."
My reasoning for this is because King George III violated the natural rights of the colonists during the Pre-Revolution area by disbanding public meetings. He also violated a portion of what we now call the first amendment of the United States Constitution.
