The 4 factors affect evolution, according to Darwin’s Origin of Species are;

Variation

Heritability

Competition

Differential survival

Variation ensures that there is variability of population traits on which selection pressures will apply.

Heritability means that the traits must be able to be passed down to offsprings through gametes.

Competition occurs when the individuals in the population compete for limited resources

Differential survival occurs due to competition for resources and other selection pressures. This result to the survival of the strongest and weeding out of the weak from the population.

Suggest and explain what will happen to the population of<br> zooplankton in March and April.
vredina [299]
As temperatures increase, zooplankton reproductive rates will increase, reducing the delay between phyto- and zooplankton blooms. If phytoplankton become more tightly “coupled” to zooplankton, inputs to the benthos may be altered, modifying energy flow within estuarine and coastal food webs.

Certain organisms, such as slime molds, can form large plasmodia that contain multiple nuclei without membranes separating the n
Gwar [14]

Answer:

Based on the tenant of the cell theory that, "all organisms are composed of at least one cell", then slime molds and flatworms support that theory because they are made up of cells, even though some are multinucleate.

Explanation:

The cell theory, first developed in 1838 by Matthias Jakob Schleiden and Theodor Schwann, indicates that all organisms are composed of one or more cells, since the vital processes of the organism are performed within cells, or by cells. Based on this, we can state that flat molds and worms support this theory, since they are considered living beings and have cells, in other words, flat molds and worms support this theory because they are composed of cells, although some are multinucleated.
