Aerobic activities is the most studied and recommended activity for health (for example, walking, jogging, cycling or swimming), generally at constant load, light intensity, moderate or intense.

Increasing cardiac output increases systolic pressure, while peripheral vasodilatation helps maintain or reduce diastolic pressure, which is observed during aerobic exercise efforts.
