Answer:

a = -4, b = -3

Step-by-step explanation:

P(2) = 0

= 4a +2b = -10

P(4) = 6

= 16a + 4b = -52

16a + 4b = -52 - 8a + 4b = -20

= 8a = -32

a = -4

b = -3

Ray Of Light [21]

Answer:

(C )  angle E = angle X; DF = XY

Step-by-step explanation:

a triangle is said to be congruent if SAS(two sides and included angle)

SSS (all the sides are equal), ASA (two angles and an included sides).

therefore,  if angle E and angle X are equal

line DF and line XY are also equal.

Evaluate the function T(x) = 19-x, when x=-3
Vikentia [17]
So T(x) is another way to say y =

y = 19-(-3)

y = 19 + 3       When you subtract a negative, it is the same as adding a positive

y = 22
--or--
T(-3) = 22

One quarter of Steve's baseball cards are from his dad's collection. Another 0.2 are from his uncle , and 0.5 are from his broth
irina [24]
.25+ .2 +.5= .95 so cousins cards make up 5% so 30 cards is half of that so that make 30 cards 2.5%. So 2.5 x 40 = 100% and 30 x 40=1200..... So Steve has 1200 baseball cards...... Hopefully I'm right... it just feels like it too much cards...;)

A coach wants to know if soccer players who warm up before a game will score more points than those who don't warm up. He will b
11Alexandr11 [23.1K]
The correct answer is the last option.

Since the coach is studying the two different groups, the results will be more meaningful if the groups are compared to one another as opposed to the players. It would also make more sense to study the mean (or average) of the points scored, rather than the standard deviation (which is essentially a measure of how spread out a set of numbers are).
