Answer:

In the Four-Power Treaty consisted of the United States, France, the United Kingdom, and Japan.  They agreed to consult with each other in the event of a future crisis in East Asia before taking action.  The treaty replaced the Anglo-Japanese Treaty of 1902.

A little FYI:  Why the Four  Power Treaty?

After WW1, U.S saw Japan as a potential threat to U.S. colonial possessions in Asia and trade with China.  An agreement in 1902 between the United Kingdom and Japan and if the United States and Japan enterend conflict, the United Kingdom might be obligated to join Japan against the United States.  This ended the Anglo-Japanese Treaty of 1902 and became The Four-Power Treaty.
