The Treaty of Kanagawa was the first treaty between Japan and the United States that was signed by Commodore Matthew Perry and Shoguante representatives of the Japanese government on March 31st 1854.

His people were nomadic tribe of the Mongolian plateau and further extended his reign to central Asia, china by conquering. His period was from 1162 to 1227

In Byzantine empire, the church officials were integrated with the government officials, making all the policies that made by the government is strongly tied to the rules of the bible. The western empire, on the other hand, tend to not include the church officials in the government (but they still treat their opinion with respect)</span>
