Answer:

living things are most likely to contain organic compounds.

Explanation:

living things are most likely to contain organic compounds such as proteins, carbohydrates ,nucleic acids, fats, sugars, proteins, enzymes, and even hydrocarbon fuels and other complex compound.

Organic compound refers to of a large molecules of chemical compounds where one or more atoms of carbon are linked to atoms of other elements through covalent bond. They are usually refers to as a complex compound. They

most commonly contains hydrogen, oxygen, or nitrogen along with carbon atoms. Though there are also carbon-containing compounds that are not classified as organic, such as carbonates, cyanides and carbides.

As complex as Organic compounds are, they are essential to human body for effective functioning of tissues and cell providing essential body fuel. One of the essential function of proteins is to act as an enzyme in the body. And the function of an Enzymes, is to catalyze the chemical reactions that take place within cells.

When a monkey grasps, holds, or tears something, mirror neurons fire. and they likewise fire when the monkey observes another do
Ierofanga [76]

Mirror neurons fire demonstrates the ability of primates to empathize with another organism.

Mirror neurons are a class of neurons that modulate their activity both when an individual executes a specific motor act and when they observe the same or similar act performed by another individual.

Recent studies have shown that the mirror neurons have been hailed as a cornerstone of human empathy, language, and other vital processes.

These neurons are initially found as motor command neurons present in the frontal lobes of the brain and the prefrontal areas of the brain.

These are neurons which fire when a person moves and these are regular motor command neurons, orchestrating a sequence of muscles that allow the person to move something or do some other action.

A subset of these neurons also fire when that person simply watches another person move and do exactly the same action. So these neurons are performing a virtual reality simulation in the brain.

Another example of this is phantom limb.

How do the mechanisms of natural selection act on the genetic diversity of a population ?
Daniel [21]

Answer:

Because natural selection acts directly only on phenotypes, more genetic variation within a population usually enables more phenotypic variation. Some new alleles increase an organism's ability to survive and reproduce, which then ensures the survival of the allele in the population.
