Trygg has 3/4 package of marigold seeds. He plants 1/6 of those seeds in his garden, then he plants exactly

\dfrac{3}{4}\cdot \dfrac{1}{6} =\dfrac{3\cdot 1}{4\cdot 6}= \dfrac{3}{24} =\dfrac{1}{8}

of seeds.

Now count how much of package left:

\dfrac{3}{4}-\dfrac{1}{8} =\dfrac{6}{8}-\dfrac{1}{8} =\dfrac{6-1}{8}=\dfrac{5}{8}.

He divides the rest \left(\dfrac{5}{8}\right) equally into 10 flowerpots, then in each flowerpot is planted

\dfrac{\dfrac{5}{8}}{10}=\dfrac{5}{8} \cdot \dfrac{1}{10}=\dfrac{5\cdot 1}{8\cdot 10}=\dfrac{1}{16}.

Answer: in each flowerpot is planted \dfrac{1}{16} package of marigold seeds.
